Continue developing your project management skills. In Part B, you will learn how to achieve high project team performance, learn the Agile process, utilize Microsoft Project as a tool to manage your projects and reinforce everything you’ve learned through a real-world project management simulation. Price includes an I-Speak questionnaire and manual as well as Microsoft Project 2019 Level 1 and Level 2 textbooks.

Prerequisite: Project Management Certificate Part A and good working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel.
